Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 77cbd platform, including all games, sports betting markets, promotions, and related services offered at https://77cbd.app (the "Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. 77cbd reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Eligibility Requirements

To open and maintain an account on the 77cbd Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 77cbd strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and may request age verification documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at the time of withdrawal.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as a professional, agent, or representative acting for or on behalf of any third party.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration and update your account details promptly if any of this information changes.
• You must not be located in any jurisdiction where access to online gambling platforms is specifically prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your location.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of 77cbd, or a close family member of any such person, where this would create a conflict of interest in your use of the Platform.

Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on the 77cbd Platform. Opening multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your mobile number, password, and any one-time verification codes sent to your registered device. Do not share these details with any third party.
• 77cbd will not be held responsible for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your login details or have disclosed them to a third party.
• You must notify 77cbd support immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. You can reach our support team at [email protected] at any time.
• All information provided during registration must be truthful and accurate. 77cbd reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
• Account registration is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account to any other person under any circumstances.

Deposits and Withdrawals

77cbd processes all deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All financial transactions are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are generally credited to your account balance within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the relevant payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests are processed by 77cbd within a reasonable timeframe. Processing times may vary depending on the selected withdrawal method and any identity verification requirements that may apply.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that is registered in the same name as your 77cbd account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• 77cbd reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity and proof of ownership of the payment method being used.
• Deposits must only be made with funds that legally belong to you. The use of funds obtained from unlawful activities is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and reporting obligations.
• 77cbd does not charge platform-side fees on standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Please refer to your payment provider's terms for details.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

77cbd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion:

• Bonuses are only available to players who have completed registration and identity verification in accordance with 77cbd's account requirements. Players who hold multiple accounts are not eligible for any bonus offer.
• All bonus amounts are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period.
• 77cbd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. If a bonus is withdrawn before you have completed the associated wagering requirement, the remaining bonus balance will be forfeited.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts and have no cash value other than as part of the promotional mechanics under which they were awarded. Abuse of bonus structures, including but not limited to arbitrage betting, low-variance bonus clearing strategies, or exploitation of promotional errors, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may lead to account suspension.
• Welcome bonuses are available only to new players registering their first account on the Platform. Players who have previously held an account under a different identity are not eligible for a new-player welcome bonus.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion will be credited to your account at the time stated in the promotional terms. Free spins not used within the specified validity period will expire automatically. Any winnings generated from free spins will be subject to the wagering requirement specified in the relevant promotion.

Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the 77cbd Platform are provided by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, Spribe, and other certified providers. The rules that govern each individual game are determined by the respective game provider and are displayed within the game interface. 77cbd does not modify, influence, or interfere with the outcome of any game.

• Sports betting markets, including cricket betting on BPL, IPL, and international matches, are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. 77cbd reserves the right to void bets where the result is subject to official dispute or where a market was opened or priced in error.
• Any attempt to exploit software errors, glitches, or loopholes in the Platform or in any game, or to collude with other players to manipulate game outcomes, constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds held in the account.

Responsible Gaming

77cbd is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, sustainable entertainment environment for all players. The Platform enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years and provides a range of player protection tools accessible through your account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit is subject to a cooling-off period as determined by 77cbd.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period through our support team. During the self-exclusion period, the account will be locked and no deposits, wagers, or logins will be permitted.

• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds in connection with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal or unlawful activity.

• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or organised manipulation of sports betting or casino game outcomes, whether in coordination with other platform users or with any external parties.
• Providing false identity information during registration or identity verification, or allowing another individual to use your account for any purpose.

Account Suspension and Closure

77cbd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Where 77cbd has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or provided false information during registration or at any other time.
• Where a player has failed to complete identity verification within the required timeframe after a request has been made by 77cbd.
• Where closure is requested by the player themselves for responsible gaming purposes, including self-exclusion. In such cases, any remaining balance in the account will be returned to the player after completion of any applicable withdrawal process.
• Where 77cbd is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory direction, or court order.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 77cbd Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, and the compilation of game content presented through the Platform, is the property of 77cbd or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without the express prior written consent of 77cbd.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77cbd shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory, even if 77cbd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

77cbd's total aggregate liability to a player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy and Data Protection

77cbd collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published separately at https://77cbd.app/privacy-policy. By using the Platform you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described therein. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and is incorporated by reference.

Amendments to These Terms

77cbd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, 77cbd will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address or mobile number held on their account. The amended Terms will take effect from the date of publication on this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your use of the Platform, you should first contact 77cbd support at [email protected] so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally. 77cbd will use reasonable endeavours to address all player complaints promptly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts as applicable.
